Yes. We cut and program a new key from scratch, even if you've lost every copy. That includes standard keys, transponder keys, flip keys, proximity keys, smart keys, and key fobs.

A valid photo ID and proof of ownership — either a current registration or a title in your name. If you recently purchased the vehicle, the title must be fully signed by buyer and seller. A bill of sale alone won't cut it.

For key duplication, proof of ownership isn't required, but a valid ID will be.

Rarely. We create and program keys for nearly every vehicle on the road today, using OEM and OEM-quality parts — often at lower cost than the dealership.

Proof of residency or ownership before we open a residential door. The easiest option is a utility bill or lease agreement on your phone — mail with your name and address works too.

If you can't produce proof immediately, we can pick the lock to let you inside to locate the document. If proof still can't be provided, our policy is to notify local police. That's how we protect our community.

We will not unlock a residence for a pet sitter, house guest, or third party without written consent and verified proof of residency from the property owner.

No. We always use the least invasive method possible, and in 99% of cases or better we get you in with no damage at all. If drilling is the only option, we walk you through your choices first.
